Jet Aspen was a non-starter in that the airline did not file for DOT or FAA certification or there were some non-starters that were planned but never received any publicity. The airline planned scheduld flights from Aspen and Telluride starting on November 16, 1995. They filed for bankruptcy at the end of May, 1996.
